Rope twisted O-rings are the longer-lasting alternative to twisted polyurethane, and the easier-installation alternative to endless polyurethane O-rings. Quick-Connect
These twisted O-rings sport a hook-and-loop on either end, allowing for an installation without a line shaft breakdown. Simply span the band around your two rollers or roller and line shaft, then connect the two ends together. It is that easy.
Life Span
The lifespan of rope twisted O-rings averages 10-14 months with regular use. While this may be shorter than that of endless polyurethane O-rings, you will still vastly save downtime.
Sizes
Twisted poly O-rings range in length, starting at five inches. The most common diameters are: 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”.
Colors
Colored bands are available for easy identification. Our available colors are: blue, red, orange, yellow, black, white, and green.
The Switch
Due to the stretch factor of twisted cotton O-rings versus that of other O-ring options on the market, we must calculate appropriate sizing based on an application measurement or the measurement of your current, unused O-ring.
Split spools can save an immense amount of downtime. These two-piece spools can simply be situated around the line shaft and clicked together. Once connected, these spools will not come back apart until it is time to replace them.
