Our Cotton twisted hook and loop bands also known as stretchy bands are our original quick connect bands. These are easier and faster to install than polyurethane twisted hook and loop bands. Our hooks are so much easier to install, and if the correct ones are installed, these will out last polyurethane bands significantly. The lifespan of our cotton twisted hook and loop bands depends on hours of operation of your conveyors and amount of totes or boxes moved. If you are looking for lifespan look at our SUPER BANDS, if you are looking to temp bands, these cotton twisted bands are your perfect solution. Just make sure to measure a new polyurethane o-ring when chosing the size cotton twisted band you order.
Note, if bands break withing a week or two you mismeasured by one or two sizes too short. If band starts slipping after one or two weeks you mismeasured by one or two sizes to large.
